All fees for services rendered are expected at time of services. We accept cash, Visa, MC and Discover. We must receive payment the day of service to reconcile our bookkeeping.
For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we ask that you refrain from bringing animals into the salon. We at La Bella Vita are animal lovers; however, some of our clients may not be. In addition, many people are allergic to animals, and most importantly, it is against the DE State Board of Cosmetology to bring animals, with the exception of working animals, in to the salon. We appreciate your understanding.
For their safety, children are not allowed in the cutting area unless they are having a service in the salon. Children and babies in strollers are not allowed in the cutting area while a parent, friend or sibling etc...is receiving a service. Please make arrangements for small children if you plan to be in the salon for an extended period of time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Cancellation & No Show
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to time of service, otherwise a fee of up to half may apply.
Cancellations for SPA Packages must be made 48 hours prior to time of service, otherwise $50 deposit is non-refundable.
Clients with 3 no show* appointments within 1 year must pay with a credit card at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS
*Note - Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment/appointments or cancelled after the scheduled time of the appointment/appointments will be considered a no show.
Turning cell phones/pagers off or to silent mode while in the salon are appreciated.
In consideration of others, we ask that you refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the SPA area.
Arriving for Appointments
We encourage all of our clients to arrive at least 10 minutes early for their appointments to allow time to unwind and have a beverage before your service. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive a relaxing, leisurely service. We cannot guarantee that all services will be completed for late arrivals.
Choosing a Staff Member
If you feel another staff member would better serve you, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are a team of professionals and we encourage you try the work of all our specialists.
All retail items (products, etc...) are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be exchanged for alternate products or returned for in-store credit. Make-up and styling tools are non returnable.
